In Guiyang, China — a city most people couldn't point to on a map — sits a coffee shop that just beat the entire world.
Captain George was awarded the world's best coffee in 2025. And almost nobody outside of China knows it exists.
I had to find out for myself.
The line was long. Long enough that I left, ran a side quest around Guiyang, and came back. But the moment that cup landed in my hands — cinnamon, layered flavors, a concoction unlike anything I'd ordered before — I understood immediately why this place won.
