We started the day with no plans to visit a beach, but Taiwan’s heat was insane, so just like we would in New Zealand, we decided to cool off the best way possible: by heading to the beach!
This unexpected trip turned into an epic beach adventure on Taiwan’s east coast. The water was perfect for a swim, the vibes were super relaxing, and after soaking up the sun, we grabbed some delicious local food.
To top it all off, we explored a historic night market that dates all the way back to the Qing Dynasty. This market is a hidden gem on the eastern side of Taiwan, filled with incredible street food and a unique atmosphere you won’t find anywhere else.
